They should be in the Library/Widgets folder and not the User/Library/ Widgets folder. If you deleted them then that's probably why they appear in the disk utility window with special permissions needed. I haven't had them to show up yet. Look for the .plist files for each deleted widget and remove the file. If they're still on your drive activate each once to reset the associated preference file and the special permissions parade should end.
