For me - with a 550 - I'd do this if: my LCD casing wasn't broken on the left side where I did an ad-hoc repair the bus speed was increased I had an internal combo drive my casing didn't creak my casing didn't have any cracks ...and... I saw some positive benchmarks in real world tests. Pretty nice, though.
