I hate to agree with you, but I do. I've been very very good with my Ti Book, and parts that were not abused came unglued, etc... I had to epoxy the bloody battery surround to the case. It creaks, and flexes. The area I lightly rest my palms has started to depress a bit. The paint is not only peeling, but crackling along the back - I don't put my hands there. I LOVE the design, the way it looks, they type of screws chosen, but sadly it's not as durable as it should have been. John
