You miss the point.

Apple needs to turn some "PC" people into "Mac" people.  "Mac" people  
are not just born that way. I have switched plenty of PC users into  
Mac users into my lifetime, simply by showing them the product and  
getting them to play with it. Apple needs to do the same. Show them  
the damn product ... i.e. OS X
