[Ti] How easy is it to replace disk in latest 15inch Powerbook (G4 NOT MacBook)

Hi

My Powerbook is intermittently reporting SMART problems with its disk.

Its covered by 3 year Applecare BUT I need more space anyway so was thinking
of replacing drive with a 160Gb version myself.

I have upgraded disk in almost every Powerbook I have owned including 3
TiBooks HOWEVER I cannot find instructions for the Aluminium version.

Does anyone have them or is it so difficult I should take it to a shop?
