[Ti] Using Apple's Disk Utility for Backups

Thanks to you John, I now know about an alternative way of backing  
up, and had wondered about this at some point but no one had really  
verified for me just how to use this feature (Restore) of Disc  
Utility.  I'm going to try it thanks to you!  Anything I should know  
as precautionary prior to use?  Can I use it to burn a backup to a  
CD, an external FW drive, etc.?  BH
