[Ti] Best place to buy TiG4 ram?

  The time has finally come to max out my 1GHz TiG4 to 1 gig of ram.  
Does anyone have any retailer recommendations? I would kind of like  
to shell out under $100 per stick, but I'm not holding my breath on  
that.

  Also, as far as I know I specifically need half-height SODIMMs if  
I'm going to be stacking 2 512MB SODIMMs in there, right? I don't  
want to wind up getting a couple sticks only to find they don't fit  
in there together.
