I just bought the same ram configuration that you are seeking.

The best price I found was at Otherworldcomputing.com and that's where 
i got it from.

$95 US dollars plus shipping plus any state/province/federal tax.
There's no duty to Canada if that's where you are from.

If you are still under warranty with your tibook (mines just about out).
I would keep a stick of your 256 mb to put in before any warranty work 
since
Apple doesn't like third party ram and will yank it out most likely and 
say that's the
problem.

Now....who wants to buy a stick of this old 256 mb ram I have here :-)
