A Mac-using colleague developed a bug in their 10.2. (.1 or .2 ) system this week-- the Finder icons won't be moved, although mouse/courser can select them. One web suggestion I found was to delete the /library/caches/com.apple.dock.iconcache<username> but that didn't work. Nor did logging out main user and logging in as secondary user set up for when main user is corrupted. Not View> View Options> Grid. [How delete without working moving icons, pondered-- select, File>Move To Trash, restart]. Fix permissions not a magic cure. Any knowledged-based or otherwise reasonable guesses, short of Archive & Install, and if that fails, clean install. May miss digest response, thus would appreciate also direct response to <daniel at keganlaw.com> . TIA
