Found a firmware hack to provide dual monitor, virtual desktop support for my newly purchased iMac G5 (2.1Ghz) Considered the Intel iMac but just have too much invested in PPC software and don't want to suffer through "yet another" software platform change. I'll pass on dealing with "Dosetta". The firmware monitor hack works better than great. My existing NEC 20" LCD monitor is attached AND in vertical pivot mode. Monitor pivoting is now supported in Tiger. Hot damn! This patch was the final reason I decided on the PPC iMac G5. I have been using dual monitor's for years and couldn't imagine working without the freedom of dual screens. Although the software is freeware, I was compelled to make a donation on his site. Here is a link to identify which are supported. with the download link for the patch. http://www.rutemoeller.com/mp/ibook/supportlist_e.html http://forum.macparts.de/viewforum.php?f=2 Rod
