[Ti] free backup software

Just wondering if anyone could recommend a good
free backup software for OS X?

I don't need to clone the system or anything, just
update a folder on an external harddisk with stuff on
my laptop.

(and I don't want to delete the stuff on the harddisk
if I have deleted it on my laptop (due to space))

I know I can use rsync in the Terminal but I'd like to
have a GUI app that does the same.

Any suggestions?
