I can help you with the skidsteer loader.  I got a Bobcat S205 that  
eats Sunstrand aux hydraulic pumps at $1,800 a crack, one after the  
other.  870 hrs, 2 speed hydro, turbocharged Kubota diesel, and got a  
set of steel tracks on it.

I'll sell it for $31,000 with the tracks.  Next loader I buy is going  
to be a John Deere.
