Nothing, without some unit or label... :-p
Basically, once you open the program, take a look at the CPU Usage
graph. If you're not doing anything and there's a lot of green or
red and not a lot of black, you can look at what processes are using
the most CPU. If it's mostly black (assuming you're not doing
anything), then the CPU is not busy, and you might want to
investigate some of the other ideas people have had; if it's in a
warmer environment, or on a different surface, or if you're running
MacOS 9 applications, or whatever.
