[Ti] Need new HD for my TiBook

I apologize for the double-posting, but I meant to also ask:  Should  
I take the innards out and generally clean things up?  It's over 4  
yrs old and I'll bet it's very cruddy in there.  If so, what would I  
use for cleanser, etc.?
