Hi, I did that on my Ti G4/867. I clone the original 40GB disk (Mac OX 10.4.8) with Carbon Copy Cloner, http://www.bombich.com/, into a external firewire HD, exchage my internal with a 120GB samsung HD opened the clone and put there the system, apps, mail... everything is working alright, feels the same but faster, with much more room. Neat job. I know my new macs have migration software to transfer and retain application installs/licenses from one machine to another---but how would I migrate say an original 20gig w/ 10.4 to a new blank 100gig - to be used on the same powerbook? ANy tricks to this would be mucho appreciated. -- "I see space, and it looks like nothing, and its all around me" J. Holzer
