I ran the Combo update on my PPC Al-book (1.25 FW800) this morning,  
after repairing permissions with Cocktail.

I noticed that after the update re-start, the machine shut down 2min  
15 sec in to the restart, then took about 4 minutes to complete the  
subsequent restart.

I have restarted once more, and I am back to "normal" in terms of  
start-up time.

No problems of any kind so far.
