Hi Carole, I have used OWC for batteries for years. (www.macsales.com) They sell batteries that last longer than the original Apple ones. For what it's worth, 3 hours is pretty good for a battery that old. Turn your screen brightness down to about 50% for a little longer life. Good luck.
