It's likely to be somewhere else, but can't say that 100% for sure.  
Reseat all the cables and plugs when it's open and see if that helps.  
Ideally, you can get it to fail when open and can track it down. Do  
some tests before opening to see if you can narrow down what kind of  
flexing is required to make it fail. That might help to localize it.
