I have been using Keynote since it was available.  I used it for years  
to prepare hundreds and hundreds of lecture slides for teaching  
undergraduates.
I could not have done all that I did without it.
I still use it a lot.
For me, it is about the best software I have used on a Mac, as the  
creators have provided almost everything that a user can need.
So simple, fast, intuitive, productive, creative, flexible.

I also have Powerpoint, for 'legacy' presentations that I receive from  
others or download.  I never use it to make anything.
