If you shod have a DVD Drive, and with at least 512 of RAM, a 1GHz processor and enough free space on your HD, it should load OK. Was your system install DVD good? If you need a larger drive, it can be installed without too much fuss. On the Titanium all you have to do is remove the back case and the drive is right there. You need a torx 8 screwdriver to remove the two screws on the side of the battery compartment and the drive comes out and a new on in. There are instructions on the internet if you need them.
