How are you measuring your download speed? Using <http://
www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/>, I find that my iMactel is getting very
close to the 10/2 kbps that I signed up for with Verizon.

BTW, I have found Verizon CS very difficult to get answers from -- they
just refer me to web pages that don't give me the answers I am looking
for.  I almost wish I stayed with Bright House/RoadRunner. Sure hate
those adapter I need on the TVs not connected to the DVR!!!
