Only roughly 10% or so of the cpu's of that manufacture are able to clock 1,500 Mhz, even though they're identical. Of that generation of manufacture, what made the 1,500 Mhz cpu more expensive than the 1,330 Mhz cpu is that 1,330 Mhz was the design clock speed.
