Another possibility is Sound Studio, from felt tip. Open the file in 
Sound Studio and just cut and paste part one to a new file. Then cut 
part one out of the original file. To make it seem even more 
professional, allow a little overlap between disks. Sound Studio works 
on AIFF files, so if you want MP3 in the end, you'll have to convert in 
iTunes.
