iTunes 4 Permissions?

After installing iTunes 4 I repaired permissions,  my usual practice.

I can't get the Artwork feature to work, so I did a Get-Info on 
iTunes. System owns the app. according to permissions. Admin is read 
only.

I changed the permissions to give me (sole user) read and write permissions.

Still can't drag-n-drop artwork.
