Download Problem

A Genuine Mystery.

I cannot download QuickTime 6.2 on my 700 MHz iMac (512 mb ram, plenty of
disk space), but can on an older iMac and a TiBook on the same network. All
other software, including iTunes 4, downloads without a problem. At the
point of download, the iBook seems to probe for the download several times,
then give up.

I have repaired the permission to no effect.

Anyone have any ideas?
