OmniGraffle v. Inspiration on OS X?

Hi all,

Wanted to get some feedback regarding software that I have absolutely 
no experience with.  Staff member is wanting an app to do flow charts, 
outlines, etc.  Perhaps eventually more staff may be needing/wanting to 
do this as well.  Wanted to see if any of you had any pros/cons for 
OmniGraffle and Inspiration running on OS X.

I went to Versiontracker, but it appears they are in the midst of a 
redesign, so the feedback areas are not currently available.  I've read 
various reviews over at MacWorld, then tried to access an old (09/2002) 
web forum on this same question, but kept getting "access denied".  I 
have read the respective software's web pages, but wanted to get some 
impartial advice/horror stories from the trenches.  I'm especially 
curious if anyone is having issues with either program after the 
various OS X updates.
