Thanks Neil. I followed your directions exactly--they were great. I wasn't running the firewall. However, I turned it on and added the AIM setting. Unfortunately, incoming file transfer is still not working. My husband is going to call Linksys. Others on this list and other lists that I have sent the problem to have suggested that it is a router issue.
