How to make animated gifs?

I missed it the first time through, but it works fine in both Safari 
and IE 5.2.2 on OS X.

I don't know if there's a way to make an animated gif play again 
without reloading the page, but one way or another, I'd give the user 
the option to see it again.

I could ask for suggestions on the GoLive mailing list, if you're not 
on a web-design list.
