[X-Apps] Virtual PC 5 in 10.2.6

I'm using VPC 5.0.4 (Windows 98) with PS 10.2.6 on an iMac 800. It 
was getting a little flaky till (using the Windows Upgrade) I 
installed all the upgrades. now it seem to work fine. I admit I'm not 
a heavy user of VPC, but it suffices.
