[X-Apps] Sharing pictures with Windows folks?

See my message in the animated gif thread. This was my first 
suggestion, and I tested it yesterday in about the time I took to 
compose a response to the user group member who asked me about picture 
sharing. Haven't tested sharing via CD on Windows though.
