[X-Apps] Safari tool tips

In Mail, if I mouse-over any of the icons in the toolbar, I get a small 
yellow box saying what the icon is for. Same in Safari for any of the 
buttons or slots - moving the cursor over the "search" slot gets me a 
yellow box popping up saying "type words to search for with Google, 
then press return." Etc, etc. It gets annoying.
