[X-Apps] Print Preview Default

See the message from Thomas Karns for an alternate method.

For this one, are you still holding the Option key when selecting the 
File menu?  Or pull down the file menu, then press Option, you should 
see four items change, one being Open With to Always Open With.  (The 
others are Close Window to Close All, Get Info to Show Inspector and 
something with Move to Trash that I'm not sure on.)  If that doesn't 
happen for you, then I'm not sure why.
