Check out Eudora - Composed message is queued for delivery then you change queue to several delivery options including after specific date and time. I switched to Mail.app from Eudora about a year ago mainly to see if Mail.app would handle my needs. It does. There's a free version at http://www.eudora.com/products/eudora/download/ --Carlos
