Messenger continiously disconnecting

Hi,

I am in a corporate network and I have messenger install the msn 3.5 
but I get disconnected from the network every 4 minutes. I don't think 
this is a proxy error since the PC users (windows) don't get 
disconnected at all. What is the matter is there a patch for this have 
somebody expirience this problem?
