A couple of mail.app questions

Hello,

1.  Mail.app identifies accounts, in the compose window, my email address rather than the name of the account that is given in the account configuration.  Is there any way to change this - I want the accounts listed by name because I would like to use the same email address for more than one account.

2.  Is there a way use SMTP_AUTH as the authentication method for the Outgoing Mail Server?  It's not listed in the Authentication drop-down box.
