Virtual PC and printing

I upgraded to 10.3 and onto 10.3.1.

Both versions, I have not been able to print from both virtual pc (2000 
pro) on a Pismo via airport(Latest version on a Snow) to a Laserwriter 
Pro using emulated printing.  (Worked fine up to 10.2.8).  I am afraid 
to upgrade the 2000 pro (original version) due to issues (ack by M$-no 
recourse).  Printing works fine from the Mac side.

Any suggestions?
