In Preferences->Appearance: Standard Font Times 18
Non proportional font: Courier 18
Standard Coding: Western European (Mac OS Latin) or the like (was in 
german interface)

Where is the Safari prefs plist? I could not find and delete. Any 
caches I could delete?
