Click on the 'bubble'. Cmd-C to copy to the pasteboard. Cmd-V to paste 
wherever you need it. Note that this copy/pastes the exact content of 
the 'bubble' -- i.e. if the sender's name is included with the email 
address, both will copy/paste.
