Steve: There is a little application around that I have used for years with 
every version of AppleWorks except  OS 10.2 .... I plan to try soon. I hope.... 
OS 10.2 bugs me...

The application is called: "ClickBook for the Macintosh" You can make any 
size book pages you want it provides Pagination for all... It was made 
by,Bookmaker Corp., 2470 El Camino Real _ Suite 108 _ Palo Alto, Cali. 94306 ... It is 
the best way to print Double-Sided Booklets I've ever seen ... I heard that the 
Company was sold to someone else years ago, but I don't now whom... Good Luck
