Unfortunately no mutt or elm ...

But mail is there

echo "Hi there!" | mail -s"subject" who at domain.com

mail -s"subject" who at domain.com </tmp/mail.txt

ps aux | mail -s"subject" who at domain.com

mail is a tracked alias for /usr/bin/mail

Usage: mail [-EiInv] [-s subject] [-c cc-addr] [-b bcc-addr] to-addr ...
             [- sendmail-options ...]
        mail [-EiInNv] -f [name]
        mail [-EiInNv] [-u user]
