permanent window after 10.3.3

hi,

I seem to have a permanent window now on my iBook 366 after updating 
to 10.3.3. The window has the note "Encrypted Password Transport v2" 
and a box to enter data into (typing here does nothing). Three 
buttons; Options (grayed out), Cancel and Connect. Nothing I do 
affects this window.

I have rebooted and repaired permissions.

I am on a local router network which is working normally.
