Does anyone know where I can find some troubleshooting resources for Apple's Workgroup Manager? We have 300 users on our managed network and come across problems that stand alone users do not encounter: - Multiple instances of the same printer in a printer list when the users do not add any - Mail settings just getting dropped and once we retype them in, everything else is fine - Seemingly permissions on users folders get "out of whack" from time to time and a few others...
