Sorry about that, it was late when I sent this out and I was using a message I had sent to another mailing list who already had knowladge of the screensaver, I later realized that I didn't provide any real information on what the screensaver is but never got around to providing that info and I apologize. Moire X is a clone of the original Moire screensaver which was created by John Lim. Moire X allows users of Mac OS X to enjoy Moire rather then just users of Mac OS 9 and below as provided by the original Moire. There is a pretty good (IMO) collection of information on this screensaver which can be found in the news section of the Moire X sourceforge.net project area, here's the link: http://sourceforge.net/news/?group_id=151203 and the mainpage is: http://sourceforge.net/projects/moirex/ , you can also see screenshots of Moire X v2.0 here: http://moiress.com/ss/ . In addition I also recommend that for users of Mac OS X 10.3.9 and below you download this release of Moire X (v2.0.1): binary: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/moirex/moire2.0.1.binary.zip?download and source: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/moirex/moire2.0.1.source.zip?download as it fixes a bug users of Mac OS X 10.3.9 and below experienced where clicking the Option button to view the preferences for the screensaver did nothing except freeze the preview until the Preview button was clicked. Again I apologize for the initial lack of information I provided and hope now that you have this information you'll be willing to try out my screensaver and provide any feedback you may have. And of course, if you still feel you are in need of some information, feel free to let me know what information you need and I'll do my best to provide it to you. :-) On 12/22/05, Peter Saint James <peterstj at earthlink.net> wrote: > > Okay, here's your first feedback. > > You sent this message without even mentioning what Moire does.
