The "trick" is to follow the directions that the Eudora support site

The problem moving Eudora mailboxes between Mac OS and Windows (or vice 
versa) is with the line feeds.  You have to convert them.  Eudora 
support says it's relatively painless.  :)  I'll let you decide for 
yourself.
