[X-SW] Address Book Gone

OK, something just happened today that I cannot explain.
The system was acting a bit slow, and it seems the calendar and mail  
had frozen.
I have to kill them both.
As I was just getting ready to send mail, I noticed that no address  
filled in the to box.
Now, I see, my entire address box is EMPTY! Except ME.
OK, so, I (foolishly) tried to synch with my .Mac thinking it would  
ask me about the changes.
Nope, all is gone.
Ideas?
I have a B&W G3 with an address book on it, 90% of my stuff will be  
there, can I pull it in to this one?
Bummer!
