No, it doesn't. Dragging text is not an elemental operation that can be 
compared across operating systems to determine which OS is more 
efficient. Comparing text dragging in two different operating systems 
is comparing apples to oranges - there's nothing the same about the 
software behind the two operations, so nothing follows from the fact 
that they don't perform comparably.
