BUG REPORT : MAC OS X 10.2.3 strange behaviour --Speakables item -- Finder window closes automatically

Hello

Since I have upgrade to 10.2.3 a cannot navigate in my hard disk, the
windows are closing automatically

I have found out that is I disable "speakable items" every thing goes back
to normal.

Is there is a fix for this ?

The box said "Use Windows 95 or better" so I got a Macintosh
