If someone could send me the raw source of a message they've sent to an AOL user that didn't work, I can look into it. We haven't seen any issues in our testing with AOL, though. To get the raw source of a message, select the message in your Sent mailbox, then choose Show->Raw Source from the View menu. The full text content would be needed to figure it out. Also, if you can find out what version and platform (Mac, Windows, etc) the recipient is using that can't view the attachment, that will help, too.
