Perhaps he meant that if you were sufficiently cooperative so as to 
cut and paste the relevant messages into a reply, then some 
altruistic individual (mayhap even human, just different) could have 
shed some light on your problem. Or perhaps it _was_ just idle 
curiosity...

Are all the items dimmed? Or are there no items in the submenu? The 
former means that there is no selection or content to which any of 
the items might apply. The latter means that you have an errant 
service item bollixing up the works.
