I restarted off the OSX CD, and when I went into Disk Utility, the only choice I had in drive to check for errors was the OSX CD-- there was no option for 'G3.' Then, I restarted in single-user mode; the prompt I got, instead of localhost#, was sh-2.05a#. I typed in pwd, and the response told me it was working off the drive. I restarted using the DiskWarrior CD, and the only directory it provided me with was DiskWarrior CD-- there was no option for 'G3.' I restarted with the OS9 CD, and the only directory provided in Disk Utility was OS9 CD-- there was no option for 'G3.' I tried a reinstallation of OS9, but there was no drive to install the software onto. It's no longer recognizing a hard drive called 'G3' or any other.
